No teaching today... FINALLY... how nice is that? Tomorrow I have 1 student right in the middle of they day for 30 mins... kinda sucky.
Nothing exciting... my throat is still sore... ate a bunch of random food yesterday, so now I am feeling a bit queasy.
This trip is costing a lot... the ticket was one thing, but I get the feeling that spending is going to cost me a lot too... went to the bank to get some money yesterday, and yeah... let's just say that it put a dent in my wallet... Recently all of my students have been really pleasant so that I think I'm going to buy them each a small something. I've really grown to enjoy them, and will miss them over teh summer. My favorite student is quitting piano though. She's so talented so it's a shame to see it wasted... but things were too busy with skating 3 times a week, and entering competitive soccer 4 times a week. Kinda sucky, but her dad is the coach for the soccer team, so she's not gonna quit that...
Okay, I'm going to start to pack today... already have an idea of what to bring and I even did my laundry too, so I'm left with only packing. I'm trying really hard to remember to bring my football and frisbee... hopefully this will remind me in case I forget.

I always have favorites... the smelly ones are at the bottom of the list ;)

It's not like she hasn't emotionally scarred them all just through her teaching anyways, favorites or not.

it's not that, but ppl who are favorites, are not just favorites with one teacher, they are likely favorites of many of them! jacklyn knows what i'm talking about....the favorites get more "favortized" and the rejected become more rejected

Rejection is not necessarily bad though. It all depends on how the individual perceives such rejection and how they then handle themeselves in such a situation. :P If they use it for their advantage, they could easily surpass those that are 'favortized'... However, if they dwell on the negatives of being so-called rejected, they may very well have difficulties in later life. :P sigh... way too much psychology readings right now...
Changing a word from a Jen Bong sentence... "I Can't Take These [Psycos] Anymore!!" :P Though for her... Psycos=Drugs.
