Let me first clarify that the piano studio that I'm starting up is in the NW, not SE. There was some confusion with one fellow blogger the other day.
Today I ate lunch with 3 pastors... I got tricked. How awkward it was for me... the food was good though... dim sum at Treasures of CHina. Lots of running around trying to get errands done. I found something out today... let me ask you this: How much does a 4" by 4" (smallest size) BOLD-sign cost, without letters? (For those of you who are not very observant, a BOLD-sign are those black ones that are put out beside the road with bright red/white/yellow writing.)

Man, I could've sworn I read somewhere, that you were refurnacing your basement for such a purpose as this.
